My therapeutic style is person-centered, solution-focused, and direct. Together we will explore your life experiences that have shaped who you are today as we work towards a place of healing and transformation. I’m here to support you to be seen, heard, and understood.
WHO I WORK WITH
I provide individual therapy to adults in the Black and Brown community; specializing in interpersonal relationships, effective communication, grief, oppression, trauma, school and/or work issues, anxiety, depression, stress management, and developing and sustaining boundaries.
SERVICES + FEES
